Former Boies Schiller Litigator Joins Albrecht Law to launch Litigation Group
I am incredibly excited to welcome Travis Ritter to Albrecht Law to launch our Litigation Department. Travis is a brilliant litigator and the person our clients want in their corner for their disputes. Travis worked for two leading commercial and trial law firms, clerked for federal appellate and trial court judges, and founded a PE firm.
Travis handles a range of litigation and disputes for businesses with a particular focus on post-closing M&A disputes. Travis will launch the Litigation Group at Albrecht Law and our Miami, Florida office.

Travis handles a range of litigation and pre-dispute counsel for companies and individuals across the country. Travis has a particular focus on supporting our clients in post-M&A disputes (e.g., indemnification claims and breaches), and post-acquisition business litigation.
Travis honed his skills as a hired gun litigating high-stakes cases, including representing America’s largest companies in business disputes, law firms in bet-the-firm malpractice cases, individuals in partnership disputes, a cigarette company at trials, a gun manufacturer in defect cases, as well as individuals and businesses in various non-compete and employment matters.
He also clerked for federal appellate and federal trial court judges, where he worked on a wide range of criminal and civil matters, including death penalty cases.
